Silently healing

Silence can prove to be incredibly healing; releasing more emotional tension and past issues than almost any other practice. Which is why at Mandali we have designed some of our retreats and groups to be held in social silence - meaning that outside of conversations and instructions during the classes you are invited to remain in silence.
