Join us for a one-day programme featuring some of our beloved Mandali teachers. There will be Meditation, Yoga, Conscious movement, Qi-Gong, and more.
More than ever we are feeling the need to be united together, to share our experiences and to support each other. Cultivating a joyful and kind relationship with yourself while managing stressful life challenges can be difficult these days, but you are not alone. We wish to create a space for you on this day to come together to practice and share in the spirit of community. Mindful teachings like movement and meditation, while practised to navigate our inner world and as a way home to ourselves, also help us to be of service, more connected and kind to others and the world.
In this open session we will discover together how to live an awakened life. What challenges and obstacles may we encounter on the way. And how can we be with both bliss and shadow, with light and darkness. How can we move further into unity instead of separation and duality? What does it ask from us to get there?
This format includes teachings, meditation and room for Q & A as well as an opportunity to share your experiences.
In times like these we are deeply aware of the importance of connecting our daily lives with a deeper meaning. We can reach out to strengthen community, hold the needs of ourselves and others, give and receive support, and allow the present moment to not pass through our fingers untouched.
We are light beings which when united together shine strong. If the eyes are the windows to our soul then let’s infuse them with kindness and open our loving hands to the mystery of this existence, then, together, we can move mountains.
Qi-Gong is a movement and posture practice shaped by the principle of Yin/Yang: the correlation of opposing qualities such as fast and slow, excess or deficiency, etc. Qi-Gong exercises use these contrasting and complementary qualities to restore harmony to the organ systems and meridian channels. These exercises help to maintain health by creating a state of mental and physical calmness, which indicates that the Qi energy is balanced and harmonious.
In this hour, we will dedicate ourselves to face and body self massage by stimulating energy points to make the Qi energy flow. We will practice gently on the bladder and kidney meridian, with very slow nourishing movements, keeping the mind quiet and serene.
Julia will be offering an energizing Hatha/Vinyasa style morning Yoga practice. During this class, you will move mindfully through dynamic and static postures to stretch and strengthen your body. You will be guided through a special sequence that combines a variety of poses in order to influence most parts of the body to impact your physical and psychic energies.
This practice encourages a free flow of energy throughout the whole body and ability to achieve a stable state of relaxation and inner peace with ease. While the class is designed for all levels, it is best suited for people with some previous yoga experience.
Marije’s Yin Yoga offers an invitation to become still and connect with your inner world. Through longheld floor poses your body and mind can become quiet.
You will be redirected to the immediacy of nowness and to seeing what is, allowing you to be open, honest and receptive to the world around you. Everyone is welcome.

After booking you will receive a Zoom link which you can use to access any of the classes.
We encourage you to go at your pace and join the sessions you can, and that resonate with you at the time. Listen to yourself, be kind and enjoy the silence and time for yourself.

This event is Donation Based. We are committed to making our events accessible to people of all income and background and everyone is welcome. We have decided, this time, to offer it on donation, with a minimum of €20 entry.
