The Invitation

A private retreat is a 6-night immersion into your Self. It is a time for reconnection and alignment to all that is true in you. It is a unique opportunity to dive-in and receive focused and clear personal guidance. This week can refresh and enliven your approach to life and your inner unfoldment.

This is the ideal process if your prefer to receive only private sessions and you are ready to take complete time off for this period.

All the guidance will be given on a one-to-one basis.
Apart from the periods of conversations with your mentors for the week, you are expected to commit to ‘social silence’, i.e. not engaging in conversations outside of the retreat program. (Please read more on the practice of Silence) 

This is a week for personal transformation.

Private Retreat Outline:

  • Personal Meditation Initiation 
  • Five One-to-one self-understanding sessions with a 
  • Mandali wisdom teacher
  • Three body therapy treatments
  • Three daily vegetarian meals

“When I arrived, picked up from the airport and then brought to the center I felt a little nervous because I couldn't picture what the week would be like, but also happy to finally be there. I couldn't imagine to just be with myself for a week. Funny enough at the end of the week I felt I could've easily spent more days or even another week there…

What I truly loved was that a space was created for the mind to quiet down, a chance for the everyday life dust to settle and the tranquillity to hear that subtle inner voice speak up. How often do I forget that the answers are already there, but I just simply don't take the time to listen. The one-to-one sessions with you helped me a lot to discover my learned patterns & realise that most of them are not needed anymore. How freeing! I loved the walks and talking to you about a random thought as well as life philosophies.

Having private yoga classes was an experience in itself, the teacher made me laugh just at the right times to make me realise that it is just a practice when I was trying to hard.

I am SO grateful for all the attention and love I received through you that week and am even more grateful that with the tips and advice given was able to transfer the mindset of the retreat back into my busy life here at home. So much has happened in the last 2-3 weeks and without the knowledge I have now I would've probably gone mad. Also the meditation helps me so much more than I could've ever imagined!
