The "Zen for Leadership" course program has been specially developed for people with leadership responsibilities - but it is also suitable for people who want to "lead" themselves better.

People in responsible positions know the tension between professional commitment and personal development. And many wonder how to find the balance between professional activities and personal needs. The Zen practice is ideal for focusing on what is good for us and on what is really important to us. This is how we come to clear thinking and acting, more power and creativity, better concentration, more patience, more compassion and ultimately constructive thinking.

Course elements:

Exercise zazen (sitting in silence), kinhin (meditative walking) and other meditation experiences, lectures on zen in everyday life and at work, physical exercises, dokusan (one-to-one talks with the course leader) Zen tea ceremony and multiple impulses for zen in everyday life.

This retreat will be held in English and German.
